How It Works — Sending Us Your Taxes Online

You no longer need to bring your paperwork to the office. This short guide shows you how to send your tax documents securely from home — right from your phone or computer.

Send us your tax documents online

Everything is done from your phone or computer at eastlatax.com — tap “File Your Taxes.” It's guided, in English or Spanish, and takes just a few minutes.

Before you start, have these ready

  • Photo ID or driver's license
  • W-2s and any 1099s
  • Last year's tax return (if you have it)
  • Social Security numbers / ITINs for you & dependents
  • Any IRS or state letters
  • Bank info (only if you want direct deposit)

Three simple steps

  1. Answer a few questions

    The form walks you through your household, income, deductions, and refund — one short section at a time. Only the questions that apply to you are shown.

  2. Upload your documents

    Take a clear photo with your phone, or attach a scan. Add as many files as you need — W-2s, 1099s, your ID, and more. A photo is perfectly fine.

  3. Press submit — that's it

    Your information and files are sent securely to our tax team. We're notified right away, we review everything, and we reach out to confirm the next steps.

Your information is safe. Everything is encrypted while it's sent and goes straight to our preparers. Nothing is stored in a public database, and there's no printing or in-person drop-off required.
